About the Role​
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provide treatment to clients with a wide range of diagnoses.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring all required information is submitted for billing purposes.
Demonstrate the ability to maintain a full caseload, delivering individual psychotherapy through telehealth sessions.
Contribute to ongoing professional development and collaboration by attending clinical training, case consultations, and staff meetings.
Maintain an active license with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Must have an active LCSW license and be in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical and/or behavioral health setting.
Knowledge and experience in working with the adult and geriatric population preferred.
Proficient in using telehealth technologies and electronic record-keeping systems.
Access to reliable internet and computer to provide telehealth services.Â
Compensation and Benefits
This is a W2 position with a compensation rate of $65/clinical hour. Clinicians will be provided with clients and expected to be at a full case load in 2-3 months.Â
Leadership opportunities are available with appropriate compensation for additional duties. 2 weeks of paid vacation per year, 7 floating holidays, and 3 sick days.Â
