Armed with a Master's degree in education (M.Ed) from the University of South Florida and a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Arizona State University, Valerie brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. Over her years of providing mental health services, Valerie has gained experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, depression, grief, trauma, abuse (physical, emotional, verbal), sexual orientation, gender identity, and other common life situations. She especially enjoys working with adolescents, offering a safe and nurturing environment for individuals navigating the unique challenges of this life stage.
